i’m really upset about this.So very disappointed in the new formula, my hair is dry and brittle and the colour has changed. What you cannot do is lighten your hair with hair color alone. Nope. (February) I woke up and my face was burning, it was bright red, like a bad sunburn. RINSE WELL AFTER APPLICATION. I tested my skin 4 hours before using this product. I dye my hair every 3 weeks without a problem. And this has changed my colour to very dark .not happy at all so gutted didn't come our like it shows on the box false advertising 😡😡I bought a box of nice and easy medium mahogany brown that I've been using for years.
The directions are easy to follow. If there was an option for minus stars this product would get it.

I’m hoping it will fade with washing . Not anymore there were broken ends all over my pillow, long pieces of hair. The new formula is awful.
