I called the 800 number and after waiting for almost an hour for someone to answer I was ultimately told that there was nothing they could do except to reorder and charge me again.
The mattress from Mattress Firm was perfect. They stated that there was nothing they could do and apparently they have no managers.Placed an order for a new bed spread for my daughter but when I received it I received someone else's order in the box along with mine.
