I am on an opioid pain reliever so this was especially frustrating to go through withdraws while being in a great amount of pain. I was out of pills and no one could help me - not my Dr, my pharmacy, no one because pillpack owned my prescriptions. Of course your a billionaire so why would you care.Before I ever received my first order I cancelled and went back to my old fashioned brick building pharmacy. I thought of reporting them to the AMA or somewhere... Its frightening to think there is such a lack of clear communication when important medications are involved. Variety of schedules available. AND, they had the wrong doctor! This has happened several times. Unfortunately, I have to keep my local pharmacy because Pill Pack will not fill the schedule 2 drugs.

The staff are incompetent and don’t seem to care much. I couldn't even leave a message with someone.

Any time I have had a question, I either chat the customer service team or email them and I always get a prompt response. Walgreens does a better job, they let you know if you need to contact your doctor for meds, they call if they are unable to refill (and text actually, they have a great user friendly app. I think they lack a system in their office that has procedures and protocols to follow. Apparently notes were not even entered about my calls. Better off using a local pharmacy & some local pharmacies even deliver, that way YOU GET YOUR MEDS WHEN YOU NEED THEM.

It is based on when the insurance company will next fill a subscription. I think people are just quick to criticize. I love the convenience of having my meds delivered and marked clearly in packets with the time. They made so many mistakes lining up my medications from a few different doctors I was afraid to trust them to ship me the right pills. Got charge for my medication and i just told them to transfer my medicine back to my old pharmacy. Search job openings at PillPack. What I experienced was utter chaos. Then STILL had them wrong! 86 PillPack reviews. Friendly co-workers.I like that I get to choose when I go on break, and that I can use the restroom as needed. It gets stressful at times, but knowing we are helping people manage their medications and that the company is working to make our lives easier as well definitely helps. Packs were missing 1/3 of my medicine, had the wrong dosage on two pills, had my morning/evening pills reversed, and had the wrong number of pills in the packs.Absolutely terrible! Pressure to focus more on numbers than human beings and getting them their correct medications.I have had a lot of opportunity for growth in a short period.Just the nature of the work.

Pillpack then discovered that we are one of two states that won't transfer the prescriptions back.

Just takes a bit more effort to get from A to B6 of those employees recommended the employer in their reviews.basically every manager or executive is maleStressful.

Why rehash what everyone else is saying? If you are writing like I am, you are probably feeling stupid you didn't look for these reviews before singing up for this crappy service.I decided to try Pill Pack for the convenience of having my day’s prescriptions in one easy packet. I had to keep calling until I annoyed someone enough. I’m going back to Walgreens.HORRIBLE! They offer generous time off and benefits, and competitive pay. Better be prepared to wait awhile before you start any new meds! Inclusive / Diverse.

I switched to Pillpack a few months ago for several reasons.

Something I tried to get my local pharmacy to do for the past year. I tried another local pharmacy who mailed out but I ended up spending over $50.00 on mailing fees in one month and they would send meds that needed to be injected without needles and the last shipment took 9 days to arrive from one hour away. 7 PillPack jobs including salaries, ratings, and reviews, posted by PillPack employees. For example, I was sick one day and it took 4 telephone calls from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM to get anyone to help 3 people I had not been able to complete from the day before.

Pillpack is not a job, it's a lifestyle that will eat up everything inside of you.

I thought that switching to them would make my life easier, instead it became a living hell. Great customer service Jeff Bezos.

Prescribed (not OTC) vitamin, "self prescribed" per billing???? No dress code and can eat/drink at desk.there's 2 elevators but a lot of stairs needed to get from place to place11 employees rated this employer with an average of 3.4 points on a scale from 1 to 5.Get an HR department that can actually do something correctly in any capacity. Three, I was tired of having so many pill bottles cluttering my cabinet. I now have to open and dispose of 5 packets each day for the next 30 days.

Each department has no idea what the other departments do and why they do what they do.expects OT especially during the holidaysat will employer.
