I go back to the app and its off again. Activate Alerts First, make sure that both Ring Alerts and Motion Alerts are activated by setting each to the blue "On" position in the Device Settings of your Ring app.
However I recomend leaving a review on the app in the app store. Delays in video capture or frame freezes for 6-8 seconds allowing person to come to the door and leave without me capturing or responding live makes this product virtually useless. As a couple of others suggested, I downloaded the Rapid Ring app and it has helped tremendously. Many thanks The motion alert keeps turning off after closing the app.
Uninstalling and reinstalling does not work, it’s a defect in the system, it should be recalled. Mine does the same thing.
